My boys were arrested! Just kidding, we had a stake activity, and the cops let the boys sit in the back of his car, I made a joke that this was the only time I wanted to see them in the back of a police car, but the police man didn't think it was funny lol.

Dylans bday

We celebrated Dylan's birthday the Sunday before his bday. He wasn't too sure about the cake, but once he tasted it, he dug right in and loved it.

My baby's ONE!

Happy birthday Dylan. You are quite a joy.

You are active and curious. It's so fun to watch you play, both by yourself and with your brothers.

You are growing up so quickly. You have two teeth now. You love to eat and can feed yourself.

You have great big brothers, but I don't have to tell you that. You love to play alongside them and if they are doing something, you figure you better try it out too.

This past year has been so fun. You are such a sweetie and I've noticed a little mischievous side to you. You have a telling smirk that makes me nervous whenever I see it. Keep growing and learning and I'll try to teach you about all the good things in life.

Mini safety fair

We went to a little safety fair thing that was just at the mall by us. The boys had fun getting tommy gun balloons made for them, their faces painted like spiderman, playing with sidewalk chalk and looking inside the firetruck and ambulance.

I entered Dylan into a crawling race, and he won! Yay!!

I also entered Ethan in a race, he had to hop on one foot, he didn't win, (the other kid cheated :) but he did a good job!

We were dancing in the kitchen and Colby asks "Mom, may I have this dance?"

"You have got to be kidding me."

Colby was playing a video game when he starts asking me for my help, I tell him to try to do it himself and he says "Come on mom your my girlfriend."

"It's serious."

"You have got to check this out."

Daddy: Colby will you hold these papers for me?
Colby: Sure, im great at holding things.

The other day we were walking through the store and we past by some flowers, and Colby stops to smell them and then pretends to sneeze.

While we were bowling I was kneeling by Ethan and Colby walked up to us and said "It's okay mom, you'll do better next time, it just takes practice".

Colby is reading a valentine card, and he comes to me and says, " Mom this doesnt make sense, it says be my knee." (Be Mine) 3-4-11

"I want to be a fireman so I can go through red lights." (7-11)

We were at the movie theater and a commercial for jeans came on, some of the jeans were the really torn up look, and Colby says, "She needs to go buy some new jeans". (8 - 11)

Ethan chit chat

"Colby, lets not tell Jeff that he doesn't have a truck."

After eating and having food all over his face I tell him its time to wash, and he says "But I did mommy."

A fire truck parked in front of our house and Ethan said "Where's the woo woos?" (sirens)

"I'm going to speak in Spanish, (starts speaking jibberish words)"

A lot of his sentences lately start with "When I was 3........".

We watched The Tales of Despereaux a few days ago, and since then Ethan will randomly start talking in an English accent. (6/11)
